How do I get signed up?

To get signed up use this link to the signup page. If you'd like to first check out a few of RSVP Keeper's features, checkout the features page.

That's no problem at all. Visit the forgot password page to reset your password.

Once logged in, click on the "Create Event" panel to create your Event. You can make as many Events as you like - and they're free to use while your Guest List has 50 or fewer guests.

In RSVP Keeper, each Guest must be a member of a Party. So, to create a guest, visit your Event's dashboard and make sure you're on the "Guests" tab. Then, select "Add Party or Guest" from the nested tab list. Here you'll be able to add a single Guest to a Party, or create a Party that has multiple guests.

There's a few ways to invite users to fill out their RSVP form.

Send users an email using the Email Sending tool. To do this, go to your Event's dashboard and make sure you're on the "Email" tab. Then, click on the "Send Emails" button to send each Party their personal link to complete their RSVP. Please note - a Party must have an email set to receive an email.

Give the Party their link directly by copying their link shown on the "Guest List" tab titled "Unique Party RSVP Link".

Lastly, you could invite Guests to search for their RSVP using your Event's Search RSVP page. To enable this, make sure you have the "Allow guests to search for themselves on the RSVP list." option checked in your Event's preferences. Once that's enabled, you can invite Guests to search for themselves by using the "Search For RSVP Link" found on your Event's "Summary" tab in the "Event Information" panel. Please note that any Guest can fill out the RSVP for all members of their Party.

We absolutely aim for every RSVP Keeper user to have a flawless experience using the app, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn't fit into every user's use-case.

We recommend utilizing the Free plan, which allows up to 50 guests free, to evaluate the app before upgrading.

For our paid plans, we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee if it turns out the application is not working for you and you've had a reasonably small number of Guests RSVP for your event (we really can't issue a refund if you've already had tons of guests RSVP!). Please note that refunds are given on a case-by-case basis, and the event in question, with all its data, will be deleted. Visit the contact page to initiate a refund.
