Have a refund request?
We absolutely aim for every RSVP Keeper user to have a flawless experience using the app, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn't fit into every user's use-case.
We recommend utilizing the Free plan, which allows up to 50 guests free, to evaluate the app before upgrading.
For our paid plans, we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee if it turns out the application is not working for you and you've had a reasonably small number of Guests RSVP for your event (we really can't issue a refund if you've already had tons of guests RSVP!). Please note that refunds are given on a case-by-case basis, and the event in question, with all its data, will be deleted.
